Returns & Exchanges

For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on jewellery unless an item arrives damaged.

If your order arrives damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the packaging and the item. We will be happy to arrange a replacement or refund.

If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us and we will review the issue on a case-by-case basis. We are committed to ensuring you are happy with your purchase and will always aim to find a fair solution.

Please note that general wear and tear, accidental damage, or improper care are not considered faults.
